A)     Role – Sr. Project Manager

Position: E3

Business Unit: Enterprise

Location: Mumbai

Essential Qualification: B.E. (Electronics & Communications)/MBA

Total Experience:  5 to 7yrs

 Responsibilities:-

·        Create a scope document based on contractual deliverables

·        Identify and document the support required from various functions, project timelines, constraints and resources required

·        Develop project plan based on scope document and committed time lines in consultation with all the major stake holders, viz. customer, logistics, operations and vendors/service providers

·        Obtain internal and customer approval / acceptance of the Project Plan

·        Develop formats for “Acceptance Test Procedure” or any other document needed for billing as per the contract and take customer approval for same

·        Hold project kick off meeting with all stake holders prior to commencing of the project

·        Manage and monitor day-to-day activities like Type attachment, material dispatch, delivery, installation and commissioning. Also, provide direction to Rollout Managers and required team members.

·        Communicate project status report to identified stake holders at regular intervals (once in 2 days) or as agreed during the kickoff.

·        Regularly review project status with internal team and customer

·        Identify any project roadblocks, barriers or unanticipated risk events

·        Evaluate project performance and initiate change requests as required (schedule, cost, quality)

·        Adjust project planning, as required, to include approved changes after obtaining required approval

·        Obtain customer approval and acceptance of completed activities

·        Ensure Zero LD in project execution and availability of all documents to enable billing and collections within HCIL timelines

·        Complete contract closeout and develop post-implementation report

·        Conduct lessons learned session and develop recommendations for continuous improvement.

B)     Role – Bids & Solutions

 Position: E3

Business Unit: Enterprise

Location: Gurgaon

Essential Qualification: B.E. (Electronics & Communications)/MBA

Total Experience:   5 to  7yrs

Responsibilities:-

·        The job position will be responsible for providing high-quality bids on time by working in an organized manner with a cross-functional team of technical specialists, solution architects, delivery teams, sales team, Legal teams, Procurement teams etc

·        The whole cycle from initiation to decision may include understanding customer requirements, clarifications, technical solution design, pricing, risk identification & mitigation, presentation and decision.

·        Analyze customer requirements as relayed through requests for proposals (RFPs) within area of specialization and prepare proposal content accordingly.

·        Working with OEM partners, delivery partners etc. towards completing RFP responses & other sales support documents.

·        Contribute in Knowledge Management Activities-Creating case studies, enhancing domain knowledge, knowledge transfer to delivery teams etc.

·        Keeps senior Management informed of all financial and pricing aspects of the deal including the deal profit and loss, pricing, capital investment, cash flow and all necessary approvals.

·        Ensure that all work adheres to defined Quality standards.

·        Capable of assuming individual proposal management responsibility/responsibilities for small to medium sized proposals.? May individually manage larger proposal projects.

C)      Role – Key Account Manager

 Position: E3

 Business Unit: Enterprise

 Location: Gurgaon/Kolkata

Essential Qualification: B.E. (Electronics & Communications)/MBA

 Total Experience: 5 to7yrs

 Responsibilities:-

·        Sales acquisition.

·        Generating new accounts and ensuring repeat business

·        To achieve sales and revenue targets

·        To manage corporate partnership maximising potential income

·        To liaise with corporates, build and develop relationships

·        To ensure account meets its income targets

D)     Role – Corporate Sales In Charge *

Position: E2/E3

Business Unit: HGE

Location:  Chennai/Hyderabad

Essential Qualification:  MBA

Total Experience – 2 to 4yrs

Responsibilities:-

·        Manage Sales Funnel & sales process to exceed targeted sales booking and overall margins in the division/region or segment

·        Manage and increase Order Booking from existing accounts

·        Participate in education interventions within corporate under the learning and development purview- Enrolment Helpdesks, Education Fairs etc.

·        Achieve dominant market share (sales booking Rs.) in the region

·        Maximize account share in target accounts in the region

·        Identify & report to marketing/ business in terms of new market or new product/service opportunities and also feedback on current products

 E)      Role : Key Account Manager – Government Sales

Position:  E3

Business Unit: Enterprise

Location: Gurgaon

Essential Qualification: B. Tech./MBA

Total Experience: 3 to 5yrs

Responsibilities:-

·        Business Development in Central Govt Projects

·        Increase Coverage and Reach in Central Ministries

·        Engage with Consultants and System Integrators

·        Prepare and present Hughes offerings for Users

·        Meet HW Booking Targets

F)   Role : Network & Application Engineer

Position:  E2

Business Unit: Enterprise

Location: Gurgaon

Essential Qualification: B. Tech.

Total Experience: 2 to 4yrs

Responsibilities:-

Network designing of new customers & Network Security

Hands on experience in LAN and WAN for 2+ years.

Hands on experience on various firewalls, VPN concentrators and IDS.

Good knowledge on Routing, Switching and MPLS.

CCNP in routing and switching (Preferred not compulsory)

G)  Role : Account Manager for Indirect Sales

Position:  E2

Business Unit: Enterprise

Location: Mumbai

Essential Qualification: B.E./MBA

Total Experience: 3 to 4yrs

Responsibilities:-

·           Achieve quarterly hardware and service order booking targets

·           Sign -up one new alliance partner per quarter capable of giving at least 10 Mn INR worth of order booking per annum

·           Increase service revenue by 10% from the existing Alliance partners

·           Get one new order from each existing Alliance (named partners) with order booking exceeding 25 lacs

·           Relationship Management with partners
