Why does Storage control program has no corresponding CICS table

I have question regarding Storage control program, I was wondering why this

system program under CICS does not have a corresponding control table like mostly

all other control programs have.

for eg. Task control program has a Program control table

and Program control program has Processing program table.

I could not find mention of table called System control table.
