Normally you can get to know that a table is in Copy pending if your application program returns a -904 at the time of any insert or update.
Or, you can run the following query in the DB2 commands (option 7) of the DB2 Interactive (DB2I) in your installation:
-DISPLAY DATABASE(database-name) LIMIT(*)
This query shall list all the objects in your database and if you notice a CO next to any object, it means that object in your database is in COpy Pending state.
