How to SAVE list of members in a PDS

I have to prepare a list of all the members in a PDS
and send this to my manager in an excel format.
I could find an option of retrieving the list of members
using REXX, but I am not so familiar with REXX or CLIST,
so if any simpler solution provided would be of great help.

1) Saving the list of members in a PDS

Give the following command on command line when inside a PDS
SAVE name
The list will be saved as USERID.name.MEMBERS
2) Saving list of datasets with a particular high level qual
---------------------------------------------------------
You can also save the list of datasets
Goto 3.4
Give the qualifier of the datasets whose list is to be generated
For eg. USERID.ONEQUAL*
Now issue the following command on command line
SAVE name
The list will be saved as USERID.name.DATASETS
