Can DB2 interface with IMS-DB and IMS-DC

Can DB2 interface with IMS DB and IMS DC? I am just curious if DB2 can operate with IMS database.

If anyone has worked on interfacing DB2 with IMS then please provide pointers.

DB2 is the realtional database and IMS is the hierachial database we have the lot of tools to migrate the database

If one application is DB2 as database and other application is having IMS as database both can interface data in the form of flat file or VSAM file format
