Called program static or dynamic calling

Is there a way to know by looking at a subprogram whether the program has
been called statically or dynamically.
lets say A calls B, now I want to know if B is called statically or dynamically just
by looking at the subprogram.

No, there is not (as far as i know).
The way a subprogram is called from another program is determined by the calling program, not the called program.
